Year-End Examen
The end of the year offers us the opportunity for a calendar-specific spiritual exercise of the year-end examen. The examen is a relatively simple practice, often done daily or weekly, to pause and take note of God's presence throughout the day, as well as where we missed Him. The year-end examen offers the opportunity to reflect with Jesus on 2025, and be in conversation with Him about the year to come. After we set it up, we will take time to go through the questions as they guide us in our reflection.
